Login using your account username and password, your username is usually your email address. Incase of forgotten Passwords, Kindly click on “Help, I forgot my Password”
Once logged-in, With in the Dashboard you will see a link to all your domains & services which are soon expiring, click on that link. Once you have located the domain which you wish to renew, Click Manage. (this will take you to that domain’s management tools’ page) Click Renew Service and choose the renewal period (Number of years you wish to renew) Click Add to Cart, Next page will display your order summary Finally Once on the summary page, Choose your Payment Method. either PayPal Express Checkout or ZENGAPAY (if you wish to pay via Mobile Money) and follow the onscreen instructions to complete your Payment Choose ZENGAPAY to Complete the payment via Money Money (MTN and Airtel Uganda)Or Alternatively, complete the payment using PayPal (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS… etc)
